Compiler output (maybe?) showing when I try to run code

I’ve been seeing some weird stuff when I try to run reverse mode autodiff. I’ve pasted the last few lines of what I’m seeing, but I’m not sure why it’s doing this. Not sure if it happened when I updated some packages, or when I recently reworked my collection of messy scripts to roughly conform to the Julia package structure, but it’s very weird either way.

It seems to output this kind of thing with both Zygote and Mooncake.

I guess what I’m hoping to understand is what kind of code is it dumping hundreds of lines of to the terminal, and why might it be doing this?

Do you have an MWE?

I’ve been trying to make one, but I have not yet figured out how to reproduce the issue outside of my larger codebase. I’m gradually increasing the complexity of the mwe towards that of my larger codebase, but so far I’m at a loss.

I should also note that the code still works correctly even when it prints out the many lines of whatever it’s printing, and returns gradients that seem correct.

I still don’t have a MWE, but I did increase my terminal line limit to find the beginning of the prints. It looks like it’s related to llvm?

I’m a little confused because I don’t think I’m using Enzyme anywhere, but I’m not sure if enzyme_inactive refers to Enzyme.jl or something else.

For some added context, I’m trying to get a parameterwise gradient through of an ODE’s loss function, but I’m pretty sure I’m not using any Enzyme related sensitivity method.

I’m still trying to find a MWE, but I have been unable to make it work so far.
