As a continuation of the thread Previous link—same question but on windows PC I can’t manage to get packages to download on my server. I see the following:

Can someone help me diagnose what the specific problem is? I am on a windows PC (on my local work network) and I connect to my Debian based work server (via windows remote desktop connection) and get this error. On my personal work PC, I initially had the same issue (see above thread) on my local windows PC but after some update (I am not sure which), it automatically started working. Any leads?
