Cannot install gurobi

After obtaining my gurobi license, I tried to download gurobi for Julia. However, this happened.
It said that the source was too slow.

file seem to download fine in browser. probably something on your network/machine making it crawl.

Uhh… Then suddenly, the problem disappeared. I don’t really understand why either.
