Can I use Makie with plots.jl or graphs.jl to create interractive graphs?

I’m trying to build a map for some game, for that, I only need graphs that I can change while using them eg, make them different colors and get that data, ad limits to movement on edges and get data for different vertices(and edges). Can I do that with Makie and Plots.lj? Or with Makie and Graphs.lj? I haven’t found a way to do it without Makie. If you know any other better way, please share it!
