We are currently organising the annual Baltic Economic Association conference, which takes place on the 8th and 9th of June 2020 in Tartu, Estonia. We are searching for an economist (or related profession) who could teach an introductory course on machine learning for economists before the conference. The course could be a two or three-day training with 6 academic hours of teaching every day and possible hands-on lab sessions, given either in Julia, Python or R.
