I just came across https://github.com/bionitio-team/bionitio, which provides templates for bioinformatics command line tools. I was thinking it might be good to submit something in julia as a sort of advertisement.
I don’t personally have the space to work on this, but I thought I’d plant the notion in case someone else is building a command line tool anyway. If no one gets to this, In the next year or so I was planning to make a script that would take a number of genomes and find unique PCR primers according to various parameters, so I could use that.
