IMHO: 2 core key concepts need to understand and clearly communicate for white males:
- Diversity & Inclusion is NOT a ZERO SUM GAME !
- It’s not against for white man
- It’s not against for other programming languages
- If looks like a ZERO SUM … Then something wrong … We have to change the framework.
- NonViolent communications - ( as key for solving toxic culture problems )
