Adding payment in JuliaHub

Hi all, I intend to use JuliaHub. However, it is quite weird that I cannot add my credit card on the JuliaHub page. It does not show the inputting card number section, instead, it is just a blank

Is there anybody here encountering this problem?

To be more precise, I even tried to change the browser to Safari because I thought this might be the display error of Chrome, but it is still not changed, a blank space in add CC section.
