Adding package to JuliaText listing

Hi all,

So I recently updated TopicModelsVB.jl to run on Julia 1.x. I’d like to add it to the JuliaText package listing, how should I go about doing this?

Contact the repo managers, then discuss with him. Usually you’d fork, add in your stuff and submit a pull request?

Note: I haven’t really done this in person (though I am going to do it sometime soon), but this seems to be the general workflow.
