Add a Jupyter Notebook subcategory to Tooling?

I noticed that the Tooling category has subcategories for VSCode, Juno, and Julia Pro. Could we add a subcategory for Jupyter Notebook? I use Jupyter notebooks as my main IDE for Julia, and I imagine a lot of other Julia users do the same. Some questions I have are particular to Jupyter Notebooks (e.g. how variables are saved in the cache, and questions about cells). So having a forum specifically for these questions would be very helpful.

And if there is already a good forum outside of Discourse for these questions, Iā€™d also like to know about that as well!

I think it would be good to add a subcategory for Pluto, too.
