Looking at your environment I can’t find any problem. Regarding GeoMakie.jl, I remember someone sharing recently that it was not working with latest Makie.jl. Hope you can find a solution that works for you.

That looks like a pretty annoying bug on Linux with an AMD gpu…Is this on Julia 1.6? 1.6 may have some fixes for this…

You’re right. I think my GPU is not OpenGL compatible :
