Very easy question about utf-8 string, I can't write the symbol "\n" into file

I have dataframe, where one of the columns is utf-8 string.
I don’t have any problem to write and to read the dataset from csv file, But I have problem, when want to open the file in Stata or Excel.

Or I totally confused with string =))
