Which language are they using? Is it Julia? It seems quite similar.
What you see in the code-snippet is python.
As soon as Flux stablizes and some more convenience functions and more convenient interfaces are made we’ll be seeing videos and papers like these written in Julia. In the mean time, it’ll almost all be python.
