StripedFly in Github

I use a router with ADAMnetworks loaded on it for extra security.
I recently found that github no longer was accessible and this was caused by the router. When I contacted ADAMnetworks, they refered to an article about StripedFly malware that has recently come to light and is spread by GitHub among other websites. Because of this, GitHub is now by default blocked by ADAMnetworks on my router. I have to manually allow it.
I thought I would point it out and see what others are doing or if they have had a problem.

Isn’t that throwing out the baby with the bathwater, a bit? “My router is blocking https, as malware was found to spread via https websites, among other web protocols”

That is, maybe it’s time to remove ADAMnetworks from your router.
