I am pleased to share my initial draft towards reviving WebDriver.jl for Julia v1 at

The package allows to interact with a remote web driver and covers most of the implementation in the current Selenium WebDriver project (i.e., a mix of the W3C WebDriver API and the JSON Wire Protocol).
