Proper writing Julia/julia

Hello,

I have a question about proper writing :

julia without capital letter, or
Julia with capital letter

On https://julialang.org/ it’s always Julia.

The language is called Julia (with the capital)
The particular executable which implements the langauge ( the one that has code hosted at https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia) is called julia (with the lower-case).

Right now julia is the only implementation of Julia.
But we can imagine in the future other implmentations like idk IronJulia for .Net, could also exist.
