I have to run using Plots to run code that calls the Plots package. When I do that I get a message. The package still runs, the charts are generated normally. Still, something is not working properly. It would be best to understand what is wrong. In order to find out I cleaned up the standard environment so that it was empty, installed the Package Plots, which became the only installed package, and then ran using Plots. I still got the same message in this simple environment. I tried with the antivirus on and off. Exactly what happened is reproduced below. Can anyone explain the origin of this problem?
