We will shortly have some postdoc positions open in Kaiserslautern in the area of computer algebra.
A large part of the computer algebra system, Oscar [1], that we are developing, is written in Julia [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]. Therefore we are looking for Julia programmers who might be interested in these positions.
In particular we are looking for suitable candidates who have a PhD, interest in some area of computer algebra, who would like to contribute to the Oscar computer algebra system, or to the mathematical research we are doing associated to computer algebra.
The positions will be sited in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
