Plots, text marker instead of markershape?

Hello,

Is it possible to write a number (or a text) as a marker instead of using a markershape ?

It is possible using gnuplot (either with Gnuplot.jl or Gaston), which accepts any UTF-8 character as a marker. There is an example here: 2-D plotting tutorial · Gaston.jl
