Plot in matlab

Please, I need help, how to plot like the attached graph. I have a data table in Excel.

  1. Can you share the code used in other language that results in this plot?
  2. Maybe share the data?
  3. What Julia plotting package do you want to use? (Plots.jl, Makie.jl ?)

I would do that relatively easy with GMT.jl, but certainly not with one or two lines (~5 maybe). But ofc, with no data, no example.
