I am teaching a course in Brazil and am worried that participants will not be able to download the latest versions of packages tomorrow.

I am teaching a course in Brazil and am worried that participants will not be able to download the latest versions of packages tomorrow.
As a backup, you can always have them use a different package server. That said, this obviously isn’t ideal. I’ve flagged it to the people who run the pkg servers and will keep this thread updated with any conclusions that are found.
Fixed temporarily. Apparently the South America packageserver is weird due to AWS weirdness.
Thank you @Oscar_Smith for looking into it. You mean AWS behaves differently in South America?
