Are there plans to add PaPILO as a LP/MILP presolver for JuMP? Since PaPILO is sometimes able to detect infeasibility, it may also be viewed as a partial LP & MILP solver.
The core JuMP developers have no current plans, but that doesn’t prevent someone else from trying.
