Is there a Julia package to solve the Maxey-Riley equation (equation (1) of this paper https://arxiv.org/pdf/1310.2450.pdf), that governs the motion of a small sphere immersed in a fluid. This equation is a second-order, integro-differential equation with a singular kernel with a heavy tail in 1/\sqrt{t}.
