I am new to julia programming language and would like to do optical character recognition using Julia. I know that there are different libraries for machine learning such as Flux, KNet, Tensorflow,jl etc. Can someone tell me which will be the best for doing character recognition.
Also, I have used darknet for object detection. Is there anything similar to darknet so that i can try using julia for this or is there any way to use darknet inside julia?
