On the relationship between `JuMP` and `MathOptInterface`

JuMP is essentially a more user-friendly wrapper for MathOptInterface and it can be completely bypassed or replaced by MathOptInterface, right?

The most helpful things you can do are to use it. Tell people about it. Build stuff with it.
