How much I understood is in NUTS(burnin, acceptance rate) burnin is warmup period where it look for leap-frog steps and step size or I am wrong?
Because I wanted to ask if i set NUTS(0,0.65) and remove initial iterations manually is different then using NUTS(burnin, 0.65) direct burnin?
