I am pleased to announce the recent publication of LymphoDose: a lymphocyte dose estimation framework - application to brain radiotherapy, entirely developed in Julia (and the plot with Makie.jl) ! This is a framework developed as part of my PhD aimed at evaluating the dose received by circulating lymphocytes during radiotherapy treatment. The simulation is based on compartment models associated with continuous-time semi-Markovian chains.
