I have written a program that can create and maintain a mirror of the Julia packages (Link). This program is useful for anyone who wants to keep access to the Julia packages behind a restricted network or on a local machine. You can find more information about its abilities and features on the GitHub page of the program.
I’m not a professional programmer. I have written this program to help one of my friends who is a teacher and restrictions of his school network has prevented his students from curiosity and discovery among the Julia packages. So if you find anything wrong or if you have any suggestions to make this program better and more useful please tell me about it.
