Are there plans to provide Minoutaur_jll.jl and RAPOSa_jll.jl packages so that Minotaur and RAPOSa may be used with AmplNLWriter.jl to solve JuMP optimization problems?

For RAPOSa, you can just download the solver and then point AmplNLWriter to it: RAPOSa
