I haven’t used MKL yet. I will try it!
A little while ago I was looking at the Jacobian-free Newton Krylov method when I was trying to adapt this current model to be discretized on a more structurally complex graph and wanted to use the graph Laplacian and incidence matrices in my model. I will try it here as well.
