MANOVA with post-hoc tests like manova in R base

I’m creating a package that will conduct MANOVA with post-hoc tests. You may find more information on my github. Let me know if you have any thoughts.

Great stuff, do you think it would be possible to integrate this in a package such as HypothesisTests.jl?

I’m sure it is possible. I thought that package was for univariate analysis, but I see there are multivariate tests as well.

Honestly after reviewing hypothesis tests, you should be able to use hypothesis tests for pre MANOVA analysis. The post hoc tests are more robusts and has more options (Pillai, Wilks, etc).
