I’m new to Julia, but have used R for many years. I’m embarking on attempting some machine learning, or perhaps deep learning that involves predicting gene transcrition levels from transcription factor binding sites. I have the data, just don’t know how to do it. I would very much appreciate any suggestions where to go to get similar examples as “templates” in Julia? Thx. J
