Kernel Error; can't start the kernel on Jupyter lab&notebook

Hi there,

Questions:

  1. Should I manually make the folder “C46DA2C6-FFEA-4E1B-A730-843017B7F96E/d/Julia-1.6.app/Contents/Resources/julia/bin/julia” under AppTranslocation?
  2. Suppose I make the path above, does it work?
  3. In the first place, why is it that there’s no such folder?

Background:
I’m not familiar with computer science and am new to Julia. When I tried opening a new file on both Jupyterlab and notebook, I got “Unhandled error” and can’t start the kernel, which says

I figured out there is no such folder called C46DA2C6-FFEA-4E1B-A730-843017B7F96E. It seems like this “AppTranslocation” thing is something related to the security system of the Macbook (I’m not so sure).
By the way, I opened Jupyter notebook & lab via Visual Studio Code (I don’t know it’s related to this error, though)
The version of the systems are below;

  • Julia: 1.6.4 (2021-11-19)
  • conda: 4.11.0
  • Python: 3.9.9
    And I already added IJulia to the package.

Does anybody know how to fix this and start the kernel?
