Different UUID in Project.toml and registry

I was tracking down a problem with my packages, and I think it stems from having a different UUID than in https://github.com/tpapp/TransformVariables.jl/blob/master/Project.toml Is this supposed to happen? Did I make a mistake somewhere?

and the solution for me was using the UUID from the registry.

(I just updated the package generator skeleton.jl to work around this, and use METADATA-compatible UUIDs when generating new packages.)
