In juliaup, the alpha channel points to Julia-1.13.0-rc2, but as far as I know, it hasn’t been officially announced, yet. Do you know why?
This is the usual workflow. They try to get everything ready so it can be downloaded and is ready as soon as the announcement is made.
But inevitably, someone discovers the uploads and then announces it early, before everything is ready
