@Jean_Michel So would you make a PR to fix or document that last corner case, document that Rational is overflow-safe, and one half-sentence that this is not a performance issue because overflow checking is cheaper than a single non-simd integer division anyway? (and gcd automatically precludes SIMD)
That way this entire meandering discussion would have at least one tangible positive outcome
