I don’t know, I’ve never contributed to the BenchmarkGames or looked too in-depth at the rules and solutions. I’m just a friendly moderator, trying to help mediate the discussion a bit here. I don’t think it’s necessarily a temporal thing, just that it’s tricky to know how the rules are applied.
It’s also just tricky to know how Julia fits in the first place; this has been discussed before. Hopefully a real juliac workflow will help clear things up in the future.
