How to interact Julia with Matlab?
Acho melhor usar Inglês nesse forum. Dá uma olhada nessa thread: Calling Julia from MATLAB
Aparentemente este pacote (Mex.jl) não registrado permite fazer o que você precisa: https://github.com/jebej/Mex.jl/ . Não uso matlab e então não posso comentar mais.
