I posted this https://github.com/JuliaPy/PyPlot.jl/issues/394 in case it’s a genuine issue, but since upgrading to 1.0.1, something has changed and my PyPlot module generates a stack trace (see the link).
This was resolved. It was an issue with conda installing matplotlib 3.0. Downgrading resolved everything.
