Inconsistent CondaPkg environments

The long-term best solution is for someone to update the build script in Yggdrasil to build a newer version of OpenSSL_jll.

We’re sticking to the LTS of OpenSSL, which until 2026-09-07 will be OpenSSL 3.0.
