Not an expert, but this notebook has some simple instructions for “Installing Jupyter/JupyterLab - When You Already Have Python Installed” (close to the top of the notebook). Also, consider checking with using PyPlot;PyPlot.version and run(`$(ENV["JUPYTER"]) --version`)
