There is a package SkipNan which might help. Look at the following example:
julia> using SkipNan
julia> skipnan([1.0, NaN, 2.0])
skipnan([1.0, NaN, 2.0])
julia> mean(skipnan([1.0, NaN, 2.0]))
1.5
