Or just try the following additional environment variables: set http_proxy=fproxy2.ecp.elco.co.il:8080 set https_proxy=fproxy2.ecp.elco.co.il:8080 in the above CMD. But the https proxy isn’t clear to be that. This should show up somewhere in the proxy script.

Is this permanent in the configuration of julia 1.6.1? How to import the packages from Julia 1.5.4 to 1.6.1? Without having to install them one by one?
