I registered a small package to calculate the complete Fermi-Dirac integral.
This is useful when Fermi statistics is used, which appears for example in the bandstructures of doped semiconductors.
There is also an approximation for j=0.5 implemented that is 100x faster than the general implementation which uses polylogarithms.
