First, I made you an admin for ElasticArrays, so you should be able to change these settings. However, I set up attobot. femtocleaner was already enabled for all JuliaArrays packages. I think I successfully added ElasticArrays to the JuliaArrays appveyor account, and there’s a build running here. I usually just use my own appveyor account, so if this doesn’t work you should be able to switch it over yourself.
Regarding version, I usually start with 0.0.1 and go up, but I don’t think there’s a strong reason to do so. There is some reason to jump to 1.x when you declare something to be stable. I’ll let you decide.
