It is great that one can edit the posts in the HelpDesk-Bridges category, but it would be even more helpful if one could also edit the titles.

Agreed, sadly Discourse does not allow this by default as they do with Wikis. Titles are treated the same regardless of the post and you need to be a “Regular” in order edit them: Editing Titles in Discourse - #24 by kourou - support - Discourse Meta

Let’s see how that goes. I remember seeing one interaction regarding a feature request where he wasn’t receptive at all (Can we mark some discussions on Julia Discourse as outdated in v. 1.x? - #15 by Mason ). I hope it goes well!
