The blank display is not really useful, and perhaps may be skipped if there are no stored elements? My use case was to check if there are any elements beyond a cutoff in an array, so I set tiny elements to zero and convert to a sparse array as a quick test. A blank page in the REPL requires quite a bit of scrolling to see previous results.
