I’m looking for the code used in the Continuous-Time Echo State Network paper. Surrogages.jl is referenced in the paper, and I found the ReservoirComputing.jl package but on first glance neither illustrates how to get the CTESN predictions of, say, the Roberson’s equations from the aforementioned paper.
Is a package being assembled, or is it something one can do with existing machinery? It is a powerful approach for an important class of problems, a tutorial would be most welcome.
