The new version, Manopt.jl 0.2.1 is now using ManifoldsBase.jl as its backend, so all manifolds from Manifolds.jl, see also announcement here. It also has a new home at JuliaManifolds, our new org on GitHub. This for example also resolves the discussions on parallel and other vector transports, since those are now covered in the general manifold case.
