Hello everyone,
Im trying to make a simple interaction model for cellular system.
Let’s say we have 3 cells of two types A and B and when they come in contact they produce chemical x. Though there is much more I need to do in modelling but I just wanted to know a starting point. I was looking for some examples for ABM with similar models in Julia or if someone already have some example they want to share so I can get an idea how things work.
